Exploring the Impact of Corporate Reputation on Competitive Advantage in the Financial Sector

This meta-analysis merges Reputation&Trust research data from Scandinavian financial sector organizations, spanning Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden, into a comprehensive study. It analyses financial sector organizations’ reputations among the general public based on data collected between 2019 and 2023, providing insights into the financial sector’s perception across these countries.

The Reputation&Trust research model was uniformly and comparably deployed across all organizations assessed. This included implementing consistent data quality control measures during data collection for each entity. To be considered for inclusion in a specific organization’s sample, respondents were required to be familiar with the entity in question and possess both the willingness and capability to evaluate it.
